THE THREE FITNESS GAME

It's amazing how the world comes to think about fitness as some body shaping game, the idea that every single fitter has is that being fit is by having a good body, lovely shape and outline but that isn't the truth as fitness begins from the mind, to the soul and then unto the body. The truth and dare game here is do you know the three aspects of fitness? And I dare you to go over the three and send me feedback on how fit you've become, remember this is a game for people willing to be fit in all aspects and not only for body shapers, down bellow are the three aspects of FITNESS.

  1. Fit in the mind:Psychologically many people tend to think that Fitness is only about working there body up, but the thing is Fitness is about being good and being perfect and it is going to begin from the mind but not from the body. I'm not saying this just to make the fitters relent because exercising the body too is also the part of your fitness being fit in the mind means being psychologically exercised and that's going to be done by working your brain up. The mind is the coordinator of the body and is the head of the whole Central system it's controls the Body and the Soul, so if the brain is found lacking Then the body can't be fit. Working up your mind means Discovering more, opening up your mind, not limiting your thoughts,  picking up challenges, trying to learn more. It's a probability to fail at first  because humans are liable to make mistakes and it is not a crime to fail at the first attempt Although Some do get it, But not all but the good news in there is that once fallen twice risen, do not let a failure deny you of a success. You fail when you fall and refuse to rise again, even if you have gotten so far back and others are far ahead of you, get up and get back on the race, you'll met up with your goals as long as you keep on trying and never give up, work your mind up by being positive that you can do it, go ahead and try as there is no harm in trying, then be patient and continue trying until you've achieved what you want.
  2. Fit in the soul: I know that as you have seen "Fit in the soul" You will probably think that I'm going to talk about some kind of spiritual thing, But no the soul is not only about spiritual but it's also about the physical, your soul is who you really are and what will remain of you when everything else is gone. so your soul can be referred to as The hope of your life, your soul is a great Being that lives in you and that is the true you,  you can be Fit in your soul By Encouraging Yourself and believing in yourself having confidence in yourself, that's believing that you will excel among the others, this builds up your soul and make the real man in you,  you can make your mind fit by incorporating new ideas, by allowing yourself to do the best, not listening to others that you cant do it as you can do it, believe in yourself and believe in whatever else you believe in, if you believe in God then hold your Strong faith.  you know as they say that if you have faith then you can move mountains. Believe in yourself today and you will make your soul fit.
  3. Fit in the body: now we are at the exercise section, all fitness instructor and practitioners know about this, working your body up by exercising and eating an healthy  diet and living an healthy life, fitness in the body is all about training your body to be sound, in good condition and to be healthy.
There is no other greater value that keeping all this three fit, as I challenged you, do so and let me have the feedbacks. Remember that you should be ready in your mind to be fit, believe in your capabilities and finally let it all show in your body.
